    Copy settings is not working for inbound e-mails

      Hi,

       

      We set up our Incident windows to load raise user informations when selecting the user on ticket creation (Business Unit, phone, mobile, location, local support, etc.).

       

      But the functionnality (copy settings) is not working when ticket is created via Inbound e-mail service.

       

      Does anybody know why ?
