    Assigning incoming tickets to one person


      I am the Help Desk Coordiator at my company.  We are running LDSD 7.3.2.  Is there a way to have all of the tickets (incidents) that are emailed in through our web interface assigned to me for distrubition? Or in general, have any new ticket assigned to me first?
