    Remote Control

      I have a user that can't remote into a computer.  I have him as an administrator of a scope.  He is able to logon to LanDesk and see his scope, right click on the computer and select remote control - and is ask for username and password.  He types his domain username/password or the remote's local administrator username/password, either way, he can't remote into the computer.  Thanks, Karl.
