I have a user that can't remote into a computer. I have him as an administrator of a scope. He is able to logon to LanDesk and see his scope, right click on the computer and select remote control - and is ask for username and password. He types his domain username/password or the remote's local administrator username/password, either way, he can't remote into the computer. Thanks, Karl.

Can he remote other machines? Can other Admins remote control this particular system he can't acecess? My guess is if he can Remote Control other systems and not this one than no one can RC this particular system.
Re-strat the LANDesk Management Agent service on the system.
thanks, I will try your suggestion and post my reply.
I've seen what you described in my environment. 99.9% of time it is the DNS or IP address on the LD database does not match the target computer. mis-configured firewall is the other issue
Is the account you are running the remote console under have local remote control/administrator permissions on the target machine?
