have you tried removing the pxe rep with the pxe rep removal script and then redeploy a new pxe rep?
In version 9 there only appears to be the script for deploying a secure PXE rep not an unsecure one.

on my console (which is 9.0)
the unsecure pxe reps are located in OS Deployment > All Other Scripts
- PXE Representative Deployment
- PXE Representative Removal
These Removal should be the same removal for the secured it would seem because the only difference that i have found is secured PXE reps create a ..\pxelinux.cfg\default menu which is your prompt and has your password stored in it. the unsecured ones dont have any default menu and boots straight to startrom.0
Thats where the script was on my V8 console but since I have gone to V9 its not there. The only PXE Build button I can find is for a secure one.
I have tried editing the secure PXE rep script to remove the line that sets the password and I will feed back if that works.
Set up a secure PXE Rep
Remove the line
