That's odd as it works for me. I do think you need to be logged in to community to access this as only customers can vote. I tried it after logging out of community and was prompted to login. Were you logged in when you tried the link?
Yeah, I was (and still am) logged in.
Just to confirm - if I log out, then access the URL, I get prompted to log in.
After logging it, I get the "Unauthorised" error.
This can occur if the Community website doesn't think you have a valid Support contract. Are you also having problems accessing the Self-Service Portal for logging/viewing incidents?
I'd recommend you send an email to [email protected] with your Community login and company details so one of the administrators can confirm why the section is currently unavailable for you.
