    LANDesk 9 SP1 BlueScreen on Client

      We are running LANDesk 9 core on a Windows 2008 R2 virtual machine, and have installed SP1 with no difficulty.  However, when clients are upgraded to SP1 on Window 7 64 bit machines, the install progresses without incident, until the machine is rebooted.   Once the machine reboots, Windows begins startup and the machine crashes to bluescreen.  This has been confirmed with multiple machines, and the only way that we've found to recover the machine (so far) is to boot into safe mode and run the UninstallWinClient.exe.

       

      We are running HIPS only - no AV, and SP1 was pushed using patch manager on the core.

       

      Has anyone else seen this or can anyone offer any insight?
