    Error when setting to With Customer and Notifying Originator

      When we set an incident to 'With Customer' and tick the box for 'Notify Originator', the attached error is received. If we don't tick this box, the incident is set to 'With Customer' correctly.

       

      Any ideas what might be causing this error?

          I'd have a look at what happens in the process immediately after that action.  Things to look for would be a condition that is somehow incorrect or some value types that are wrong perhaps.  In the OOTB process this bit sends reminders out to the raise user, so unless 'someone' has changed that area of the process, it should be working fine and hence a support call could reasonably be raised.  However if that part of the process has been changed, then glancing through the changes made should reveal the culprit.
