    LanDesk remote control logs

      Hey guys,

       

      Wondering if anyone can help. We use LanDesk Management Suite.  Our Helpdesk Technicians are saying that they are having trouble reporting periodically onto machine, yet when we try we do not have an issue with it at all.  We all use the same URL so it is not a server issue.  I am just wondering if there are any log files that we could look at to see if the technicians are sttempting to make the connection at all?  Also is there a log file that reports failed logons?  I have searched through other discussions and seen there are log files but they are not detailed enough.  They do not include the user that attempted the remote session and what I am looking for is user details & client details, date and time.
