    Images in tickets

Is there a way to automatically show an image in a Service Desk ticket if someone submits a screenshot or has an image in their signature?  The "Description" attribute is already set to HTML.

I have had a lot of "fun" with HTML and ServiceDesk.  Technically there is no reason why you can't add a link to an external file.  If you had a folder accessible to everyone, just add a standard HTML link.  It looks a bit ugly (<a href="http://www.espn.com" target="_blank"> <img src="ahman.gif"> </a>) in the incident but when you print it out or e-mail the description, it shows up.  However, within the incident you can't see the picture.  There is no way that I know of to "toggle" HTML code to preview when looking at a field.

We use the "Add attachment" and that works much better.  There is an "open" button to view the pictures.  It's really nice because users can add attachments like screen shots on self service incidents.  This works a whole lot better and it keeps the description field data much smaller.  Adding pictures would really add to the amount of data that would get pushed around when opening records and doing queries which can't be a good thing.
