I would like to create a field on the incident window that will indicate how many open tickets (non-resolved, no-closed) an end user has.
We have a collection that shows all ticktets, but it would be nice to see - on the incident window - a simple field with the number of items open. this helps us know if the user is reporting multiple problems, or possibly opening multiple tickets for the same problem.
We can, of course, look at the "by user" incident collection, but when calls are coming in fast and furious it would nice to be tipped off on number open.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
