I know this article, and tried to modify the parameter but it's also failure, how to use Microsoft parameter adapt well to LANDesk demand?
WinPE OSD scripts partition and format the hard drive using the diskpart command and call a configuration file called wipeDisk0.txt contained in the WinPE LDClient directory.
You can create your own command file and then modify the OSD script to use yours instead.
Sample wipeDisk0.txt file which creates a 20GB primary partition and an extended partition with a 40GB logical drive and then another logical drive using the remaining space on the hard drive:
select disk 0
create partition primary size=20480
create partition extended
create partition logical size=40960
create partition logical
Save this file to the same location as your imaging tool or disk image.
Open your OSD script and locate the line stating: REMEXECnn=diskpart /s X:\LDClient\wipeDisk0.txt
Replace this line with REMEXECnn=diskpart /x <driveletter>:\wipeDisk0.txt
where <driveletter> = the mapped drive where you put your version of wipeDisk0.txt
Next, locate the line in your OSD script where the C: partition is formatted: REMEXECnn=cmd /c format /Y /FS:NTFS /Q /V:C-Drive c:
You will need to add two lines following this command to format the D: and E: partitions you created in your modified wipeDisk0.txt file.
REMEXECnn=cmd /c format /Y /FS:NTFS /Q /V:D-Drive d:
REMEXECnn=cmd /c format /Y /FS:NTFS /Q /V:E-Drive e:
That should do it for you.
Firstly I want to say Thank you very much. You give me the big favor. Accroding to your method I'm success.
But I got only two drives C: and D: ,
1. where is the E drive?
2. Another question is when all command were executed I need restart computer manually, but not automatically.
And I check the script several times and I'm sure No mistakes.
Can you tell me your E-mail? My Email is chriszhang at live.com
Thank you so much.
The last line of your OS script should read:
