Well, that definately looks like a database error message to me. Are you using a custom return code template or the default msi template?
Default msi. In order to check if the msi is corrupt i have tried to install the msi in another computer and it's working

I have seen this too. You say "I have already reset my database with the coredbutil utility" . This creates an empty database! When you do a normal install some database content is also created, including your delivery methods (bet they are gone too) and the table containing the MSI error codes. If you use coredbutil you loose this content. I was told that coredbutil is "Not supported" under 9.0 but have never seen this oficially documented, and it would raise the question, why is the option there if it is not supported! But, im pretty certain that this is what has happend. You could try and restore a database backup, or reinstall. Neither, I admit, are ideal.
Infact i have just uninstalled landesk and sql server, deleting also the folder where the database was stored (just to be sure)
Can't understand the purpose of coredbutil, or perhaps it is useful in another situations (not mine)
All is ok, i must repopulate the db.
thanks for the help
