    Enabling Viewing of Reports


      One of the employees who has the LANDesk Management Console on his computer is unable to access the Reports within LANDesk 9.0 (he previously did have accesse to all the reports prior to the upgrade).  I've checked his permissions within LANDesk and they are set correctly.  He is able to launch the Avocent reporting console, but none of the reports are listed which leads me to believe it may be a local file/folder permission that is not set correctly.  Does anyone know where these reports are stored or have other troubleshooting steps I could walk through?
