    Manual Create Change action from Incident - any way of defaulting values?

      I want to use the ootb Create Change action as a manual action in my incident process - is there any way of doing this so the Change screen is displayed and the raise user is already populated from the incident record?  I know you can set the value type for automatic actions but I need the Change screen to be displayed so other information can be proived before the analyst hits save to save the change.
