I am trying to create an msi distribution package on LDMS 9.0 SP1. I am trying to set it up as a UNC share. I have set up all of the shares on IIS and from Windows Explorer. When I type http://servername/share and hit enter I see the .msi file, but when I try to select it and save, the error message tells me the file doesn't exist even though I can see it in the selection window and can click on it.

Problem hasn't changed. Still doesn't recognize the file.
Are you able to access it via UNC path?

You'll hear mixed suggestions on whether it's better to rely on HTTP vs UNC because of possible permission issues. I'm guessing that's what it's coming down to for your particular issue. Your folder/share permissions are out of whack or missing something critical.
