    When running Inventory scan I'm getting "Unable to contact to the remote server" error message

      Hi,

       

      Before upgrading the Live server From LDMS 8.8 sp3 to LDMS 8.8 sp4, I'm testing the SP4 on a test environment.

      In our test environment, I've deployed the agent on XP sp3 system and Windows 7 system.

      I'm able push Software packages and able take Remote Control.

      But I'm unable to run the inventory task on two client systems.

      When running Inventory scan I'm getting "Unable to contact to the remote server" error message.
