If I understand correctly you want to use your own customized version of Winpe with LANDesk. If so download the zip file listed below and view the pdf manual section 5.0 especially section 5.5.
Thanks it 's what I searched.
Is it possible to use several different winpe on a pxe menu ?
Yes...you need to add another PXE Option, however, there is not much space left in the F8 menu as it has a limitted size.
So you should add an option to load a PXELINUX menu and then you have as many options as you want.
Are there any explicit instructions on how to do that?
I'd love to be able to add the Trinity Rescue Disk ISO to the vlan our build lab is in..
There is a good walk-through on the droppedpackets site - http://www.droppedpackets.org/osd/pe-imaging/setup-landesk-pxe-environment/?searchterm=pxe
If the link does not work then just go to droppedpackets.org and search for pxe. For adding a specific iso...go to the adding network boot option - http://www.droppedpackets.org/osd/pe-imaging/adding-an-option-to-the-network-boot
Also it was previously stated that there is a limited number of spaces in the F8 menu, the default options can easily be hidden via a quick reg change. So you only see the menu items you create. Basically it is set all the "PreDefined.." to 1 under on the PXERep. Takes a bit of tweaking.
For those making PE images, save yourself some headaches and use Windows 2003 Server source files instead of Xp...save you a bunch of headaches, dead ends, and blue screens - stop 7bs.
There are some important things to know if you are going to do this:
1. The size of the F8 menu is limited, and I think since we have so many options now, you are limited to the characters you can put in a custom option.
To get around this you can do one of the following:
1. Turn off DOS PE so it isn't included so you now have more character space in the F8 Menu.
2. Have a simple Boot option called Tools that boots to a PXELINUX menu. The PXELINUX menu can have as many items as you want...
