When we remote control into another an end user, the end user screen would be blank/black screen.
They will not be able to see their desktop screen when we remote into their computer.
I was wondering if this is a setting issue? Please let me know if you have any questions.
ps. We are running LDMS 8.8
Make sure that under Tools - > Options during the remote control session that Blank the Remote Computer screen checkbox is unchecked.
