I would like to be able to basically "pipe out" the results of my tasks to a web page.
I use SQL queries to load up html tables to make for a very easy "report". I'm not going for FANCY .. my concern is for useful. Currently what I am doing is the custom scripted repeatable tasks I run via LANDesk write to a custom created SQL table at the same time that they return the results to the Core. This works but each time I create a new custom scripted repeatable task, I have to add columns to the custom table in order to use the SQL queries to load the html tables. Again, this isn't hard to do but I'm thinking the custom table may be a duplication of effort/data.
What tables are involved for Scheduled Tasks? Are task results stored in the database?
