I have set up a new process and have just started testing the reminders. When I use the 'assign' action with the 'Notify Originator' checkbox ticked, it is sending out two reminders to the customer. One seems to be generating from the action itself and the other from the automatic 'reminder' action I have after it in the process. I need to stop the reminder being sent out from the manual action as this just sends out what the user enters in that reminder. I want the message to just include what the user has entered as a placeholder.
How I have set it up has always worked fine for our other processes; it is just on this new process that it is sending reminders just from the manual action. Is there a setting that I need to change?
