    Error on saving a resolution of an incident


      We are using ITBM 7.2.3 and are unable to save a couple of incidents when resolving them.

        The error is: Invalid path: callType IncidentManagement.Incident does not contain Attribute Incident.

      Most incidents resolve without an error.  Does anyone know what causes this error?
