    Turning off Reply Messages in Mail Manager Action Settings

      We don't want the end user to get any ServiceDesk notifications under any circumstances, including the reply messages in action settings such as "general creation failure" and "process unavailable", however I need Outbound Mail to be working so that analysts can receive notifications.


      Has anybody managed to achieve this?
