We submitted some scans from the Trend Micro server and verified that they completed. A few days later, LANDesk does not show a new "last virus scan" date. I'm not sure where LD is picking up the date; I can't find the listed date anywhere on my computer (which was one of our test scans.)
I do see the correct date in the registry, though:
LDMS 9.0 SP1, TrendMicro OfficeScan 8.0 SP1
Any idea where the disconnect is and how to correct it?
