Is it doing it on all the machines?
Which SP have installed? What is the OS of the target machines where you see the issue?

The issue has to do do with the tabs ('open case', 'view cases' .....) on the Smart service portal not responding when i click on them.
However, I have tried doing it on another machine and it works just fine, so i'm guessing that the problem is with my machine, but what the real cause is, i don't know.
My OS is Xp 2002 with service pack 3 and the browser is IE 7. Apparently it is the same specifications with the other machine i tried it with, do you have an idea why its not working on mine?

I really do not know for sure. Never happened before.
Maybe is due to the browser you are using that have some particular setting. If on the same macine you use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox...) is it going to work??
I have got it all sorted now, had to talk with my technical team since i sensed it was a browser issue.
It wasn't originally configured to refresh automatically but thats done now so all tabs are functioning properly.
