I am trying to look at the LANDesk Help files. And when I click on the ? I get the help window opening with a message in the right hand window that says "Navigation to the webpage was canceled". I did an upgrade from 9.0SP1 to 9.0 SP2. Did I miss something?

I can access the Help from the console on the Core, just not my PC. When I looked at the file date and size for what is on the core and what is in the file you suggest, the one that is on the core is dated Oct 21, 2010 (which should be right as that is the time of SP2). The one that is on my local client PC is the same size and date as what is on the core. I just can't seem to get any info off of my PC.
I would go ahead and replace the help file on your PC with the one from the Core and see if that works.
