I have been emailing Beau, who runs the community site (Beau.Gordon@landesk.com) but have not heard back since my first email last week.
He is usually really good about this. Maybe he is out of the office.
It did the same thing at the begging of the month and it took them a few days to figure out how to clear the issue.
To see new task, if you go to http://community.landesk.com/support/main-threads.jspa you need to change the "filter" to Open Discussions...
I find these boards a great help and LANDesk is pushing people here for pre-support help, etc, they need to get this fixed!
