Service Request search, print when sharing an LDSD domain

We currently have seperate internal department who look after Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request.  As LANDesk ServiceDesk just has domains for IPC, this means that Service Request print and quick search (via the toolbar) must be shared with one of the other domains.

Has anyone found an efficient way to work around this? And what is the suggested domain to share with service requests?

Keith - Request becomes a separate domain in 7.4 FOC.  In the short term LANDesk can create a new domain called request for you, so chat to your account manager.  7.4 is planned I think to be out towards the end of this year so if you can hang fire until early part of next it would be cleaner to do this then.

Personally If I had to do something now, I'd put request as a process called request into the Incident domain, but there are also arguments to put it into change.

            Great stuff Dave,

I have just settled on putting it into Incident after being convinced it should be in change.  Helps to know there are arguments for both though and great that it will be in 7.4 too as I have another customer looking for same in the new year.

            Cheers,
