    Last policy check in?

    Apprentice

      Quick question, I hope:

How can I find out from the core when the last time a machine checked in for new policies was? My machines are set to check in hourly, but since I can't find this parameter, I don't know when to expect them to check in.

      Thanks!

      Ken

It sounds like you want to see when and where you are running amclient.

          • First check your Agent configuration to see when and where.

          • You can also see the local scheduled tasks in the inventory  -  LANDesk Management | Local Scheduler | Scheduled Tasks |  Look or query on Executable Patch = C:\Program Files\LANDesk\LDClient\AMCLIENT.EXE and display Frequency.

          • You can also look at the amclient.exe Last started field in a query. Create a query that list all the machines you want to check.  Under Columns display Software.Package.Last Started and Software.Package.File Name.  Place a qualifier on Software.Package.File Name = C:\Program Files\LANDesk\LDClient\AMCLIENT.EXE
