I've figured out that when running a query for, say, ticket counts by location, the results I get will show a count of say, 2, for that location, but when you expand the group, it shows 1 incident. That's due to having 2 assignments on that 1 incident (due to re-assigning or whatever). Is there a way to show a count of 1 incident per incident and not a count of 2 incidents that should only be one? Confused.....
If the query has been written against the incident assignment object, then it's actually operating correctly. You might need to consider writing it against the incident object?
I've got the same thing here
The query is written against the incident object but filtering out based on status title, lifcycle title and With 3rd Party Support Supplier collection Title
Have I based the query on the wrong object here? Why?
Just a thought, but were the incidents in question set to with 3rd party more than once? If so, it could be picking up on there being more than 1 supplier
listed against that one incident.
Spot on Darren!
I thought that it counted against the group that you were sorting by not another object
