Make a copy of the database, and upgrade this database to 9.0 SP2.
You will most likely loose the formatting of your reports, but their data-structure will be preserved (since the 9.0 SP2 reporting-tool is more compatible with the 8.8 reporting tool).
If need be, you can THEN export / synch up those reports to your production 9.0 SP2 Core.

Hi Paul, may we know how to export import reports in LDMS 8.8 to 9.0 SP2 in details, and guides. Appreciate and thanks you.
What he's saying is that there is no way to export an 8.8 report and import it into 9. The only way is to "upgrade" the report - via an in place upgrade. So take a copy of the old 8.8 db, upgrade it to 9 and then export your "upgraded" 9 reports and reimport them into your production 9 db.
I didn't try it as it was not nearly worth the trouble. If there is a more elegant way of exporting the reports from 8.8, I'd love to hear it.
Thank you for explaining what I meant to convey - appreciate it. You're spot on with that .
Yes - there isn't a more elegant solution than an in-place upgrade, really.
Whilst the formatting of the 8.8 report will lost, the query'ing it does will not -- so you get to keep most of your report this way. Bear in mind that you're effectively jumping 2 reporting tools (since 9.0 release had one, and we've changed it with 9.0 SP2), so the fact that 8.8 (and such) reports can keep their contents (if not their formatting) is already a big deal.
The only alternative is to start from scratch and do all the reports from the ground up -- not exactly fun work at the best of times -- it's why we're happy that you can migrate already as much as you can at present.
I hope that this (and the above) comment help clarify things?
