    pxe log?

    Rookie

We have 10 pxe reps.  Management is trying to find out how many times they have been used.

I found the cj - osd - xxx.log files on the core but these do not go back for the whole year.

Is there a another log file or db entry that keeps a history of how many times pxe was used?

I've been told a history is kept in a core.webservices log somewhere but I cannot find this on my core.  Does this log exist and anyone know where it would be?

      I am using ldms 8.7 sp6

      thanks

There isn't a log on the PXE-reps themselves.

The CoreWebServices.log is found here (on the Core):

          ""

          C:\Program Files\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\log\
          ""

This is true for 8.7 as well, I've dug up one of my older VM's to check.

It keeps track of communications via MAC-addresses (since there's not many other choices to do so) -- on the plus side, the PXE Proxies are also mentioned (if by MAC-addresses).
