I am trying to set the Reporting database user and LANDessk complains about connection information being incorrect, but it is correct. The account is created in SQL, is public and has read access to the LDMS database. The help file doesn't offer much more on this so I am not sure what is wrong.
Just after I posted the above message, I logged in to the LDMS console and was able to make the change. It may be that this change cannot be made from the LANDesk Configure Services applet without being logged in to the console.
