My company has decided to decommision the LanDesk Suite in favor of another product. Sad I know.
What steps should be taken first?
Should the LanDesk Agent be removed from all the computers first?
Or should/can the LanDesk Core be taken offline immediately?
Will there be any impact to the clients and network chatter if the LanDesk core is offline for more than 48 hours.
This is the first time we've ever taken down the LanDesk server and have been running it for over 2 years.
We are trying to avoid any user notifications or high bandwidth impact.
