I'm having a problem with a few machines that are not updating the dates of hardware/software scans.
I'm showing that the last scan date was 12/14, but I have been running inventory scans for the past few days.
We just upgraded to SP3, and I can't push any patches to this machine because LD is still showing SP2 installed. I don't know if the upgrade has hosed up the process or not. I've talked to the guys in charge of our LD for our company. It seems that they've had to restart the LANDesk scanning service in a couple of our service tickets in the past. I don't know if this is a problem or not.
Also, I have verified remotely that the machine in question does, in fact, have SP3 on it.
Any help is appreciated.
