from which version to which version do you upgrade? A good starting point is the 7xupgrade.pdf provided with the servicedesk documentation sources.
I have the latest version currently. I am not sure what version was installed, it was done by a person that is no longer with the company.
If you open the console, go into "Help" --> something like "Info Management Console". Here should be a version number 7.x.x
The older the installed version, the more steps you have to do. Like i said, follow the upgrade guide.
That is the point of us installing the new version, one no one knows the login to the old system. Two no one has the correct install for the console to get in to the old system.
I am kind of at the point in starting a new install of this. Is there good documentation somewhere i can use?
