    Cannot view incident after search in portal 7.3


      When using the search feature in service portal, there is not an option to open the ticket once the search is complete. If you are using portal, and want to find and work (or print) a ticket using the search feature, how do you open the ticket from the result pane? All I can see is the description and notes.
