    Self Service Knowledge Search?

    Rookie

      In testing the 7.4 version of self service I am getting search results for every knowledge article that has been "approved".  I want a way to differentiate articles for analysts and end users (self service) as I want analysts to see all articles but only promote some articles to the self service portal.  What is the criteria used to return results on the self service portal?
