    CI required for all Service Catalogue Items?

      The service catalogue documentation refers to technical and business service catalogue items.

       

      Will it be a requirement in Version 74 that all Service Catalogue items have an associated config item?  For example,  a business service of 'documentation' or technical service "scheduled backup' require an associated CI?  Or can this be associated via the catalogue hierarchy category list alone?
