    SLA CONFIGURATION FOR MULTIPLE STEPS

      I am trying to configure SLA in LANDESK, we have different steps within a ticket and they have different response levels for them. I assume in LANDESK, when the ticket is first saved, then only response agreement rules are checked. But I want it to check as and when status change again and again.
