You probably don't have access to the LANDesk ER section, here is the response for the ER:

Good news. We have finished the development and you can contact support on how to get a patch within the next couple of weeks. Here is how it works.
On the download updates dialogue, on the Patch Location tab, there is now a section that is called "patch cleanup"
A check box states "Delete patches for missing, "Do not scan", and "Unassigned" definitions"
In addition if you choose to delete patches as stated above, you can also check to delete patches for rules that have not been detected in X days.
So I need to contact support? Or is the patch readily available now? When was this message from?

I don't believe the patch is available yet, however, contact support and they will contact you when it is available. If you are ok with this please close out this discussion.
