The telephony flash card client pops up when detecting a new phone call, and it also takes focus so the cursor jumps into the telephony client popup window.
This is an issue for my customer because they are getting a lot of calls but usually at that time they are still working an previous incidents or other documents, so the "focus stealing" telephony client is very annoying.
Is there any way to prevent this, i.e. adding a key to the telephony client config file?
Any help appreciated.
