    Dubble rows for requests in Selservice




      I have done 3 installations of the selfservice portal. I alwayws get 2 rows  of the service request. I think I have tried everything...


      See the  attached screen shot!


      I have tried sett  Is natural Language on different attributes both on Config and asset on.

      It seems it only  populates the Title attribute of the Configuration Item whatevere i try to populate.



      Has anybody  some idea why....

          To make mine look 'pretty' I created a report in BOD for Config item called ServiceCatalogueDisplay with the following :- (ripped off and hacked version of the entry in the manual)


          <table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="2" width="100%" border="0"><tbody><tr><td rowspan="2" valign="top" width="32px"><img style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 10px" height="32px" alt="" width="32px" align="left" src='{Image}'/></td><td>{Class/Title} - {Title},Status: {_CIStatus1/_CIStatus}</td></tr><tr><td>Business approvers:{_ITAuthGroup/Title}, IT approvers:{_BusinessAuthRole/Title}</td></tr></tbody></table>


          This then displays entries below.  You are then not dependant on setting attributes to be knowledge-able etc.  Maybe this would help?
