    Second Email not generating in 7.4

      We are moving on to the next phase of testing in 7.4 but can't get the new email functionality to work (multiple email addresses).


      Has anyone successfully set this up yet?


      We've added the "Email Address 2" field to our End User Window and populated it.


      We've added the "Send to all Email Addresses"  boolean and ticked it.


      But no matter what we try, only emails to the first email address show up in the message queue.


      (We've restarted processes and reset IIS).


      We've gone through all the available documentation and can't figure out what we are doing wrong.
