    Flagging RE: emials in Service Desk

      We currently have out system set up to not process replies to an email address using RE:.  Is there a way to have the system just skip those and leave them unread in the mailbox that it's processing from?

          We found the easiest way was to simply set  rules on the emailbox.

           

          The rules check messages as they arrive and moves any we don't want to a subfolder called "Not Read" which we can check occasionally, but you could just as easily choose to mark them as read via a rule.

           

          We do it this way because most mail systems (we use Exchange) have much more advanced filter rules than yolu would get in MailManager.
