Forgot to mention what version we are running. We are LD 9 SP2.

This is a known issue, I have been working it with our TAM for some time. In the next day or so (or maybe already) there should be some Patch Management (and other) rollup patches that aim to fix this and a bunch of other issues.
I think I heard the patches will actually show in Patch Manager under LANDesk... often times you have to get and install them manually.
I am at home, so I am not sure where the "component patches" are, if you need to ask for them or not, but I saw they just posted this:
(BTW, they are calling the rollup patches 'component patches" now)
