Do you have patch manager.  I would use it to deploy these updates.

place your package in the ldlogon dir on the core server.  if it works from there it is likely a permissions issue.

            Dilan,

You have a lot of hash and bad file notes in the log.

It looks like it is trying to get the files from peers (which LANDesk will do) and that the hash either does not match or the files in the peers cache is corrupt

Sat, 05 Mar 2011 03:25:48 Peer with address of 10.163.8.117 gave us bad file

A couple steps to take to see if this is the issue.

            Go to "Manage Scripts"

Create a new custom script, call it "Clear sdmcache"

            Under [Machines] add

            [MACHINES]
            REMDEL01=%ldms_Client_dir%\sdmcache\*.*

Save and them right click and schedule.

Now run this on your systems.

Next, go to your software dist. packages, right click and "reset hash"

Also, as Ty mentioned, use Patch Manager if you have it.

The command lines (for software dist.) that I use are as follows:

Flash Player (I use the .exe)

              -install

              Java (I use the .exe)

              /s

For Java I used to use a bunch of other switches but it looks like they have been deprecicated

For Reader I use the Adobe Reader tool (tuner?) to tweak it the way I want it and then I call the .msi

And then use these switches to call the .mps's to patch it and the transform
