This is a known bug. Software distribution tasks fail randomly during provisioning. Apparently there was a patch, but they had to pull it. Apart from the patches, the only fix is to execute the software instead of deploying it. This has some major drawbacks (such as the fact that you have to manually write the execute commands and keep them updated).
