    How to show HTML fields in queries?

      We have set our Incident Description field to String SubData Type = Html.

       

      This works well inside the ticket itself:  formatting and line breaks are cleanly rendered.

       

      However, in queries the html text is rendered as a single long line of text without formatting (which is fine) or line breaks (which is awful).  Whether the Description HTMl field is rendered inside a grid or in the preview tab below, it's extremely difficult to read. It's even ugly in Crystal Reports.  It's even ugly in Web Desk, which I would think would know how to render HTML better!

       

      Any ideas how I might resolve?
