    Help uninstalling with a managed script

    Rookie

      Good morning,

      I'm having a small issue that I need some guidance with.

      I'm trying to uninstall NWclient from our machines without actually touching each machine.  I have the command to do this and I am trying to use remexec to use it.

      Here is what I have in a managed script.

      ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
      ; MACHINES - This section is run once for each machine in the target set.
      ; Commands in this section will be processed in the order they are listed
      ; in the custom script.  This section supports both local (LOCxxx) and remote
      ; (REMxxx) commands.
      [MACHINES]
      REMEXEC0=%SystemRoot%\system32\rundll32 nwsetup.dll NWUninstallClient

      The problem I am having is that this command asks the silly question of "are you sure you want to uninstall this software" (or something very similar).

      Is there a way to process a yes answer using managed scripts?

      Also does anyone of a best practice pdf for landesk's scripting language?

      Thank you

      Mike

      PS,

      If anyone has a better way of doing this, please feel free to let me know.
