    SLA Progress Gadget for Web Desk


      Does anyone have a fancy Dashboard Gadget that will allow me to view progress of SLA's, thought I would check here before going to try and write one in query designer myself (which is not my strong point).

          hi Gillian,


          not so sure what you mean by progress of SLAs. you could write a query that returns Incidents (so base it on the incident object) that are active (depending on how you define this - in our case not resolved or closed) and then group by the SLA (this is referred to as the response level within the incident object). the resultant query would then at any one time show the amount of SLAs that are open and this could be used as a bar chart/pie chart on the dashboard.
